Fuel and Mileage Tax Reporting

One of the most problematic and important areas of bookkeeping for the owners/operators of fleets is recording accurate mileage and fuel usage.

MTSi has the most up-to-date, advanced software to track and record this information for you. Once all the information for a quarter has been received, we will enter it into our database and generate your tax reports. MTSi will file these reports quarterly for each state requiring them.

Note: Although MTSi has software to calculate your fuel/mileage reports, this information is only as accurate as what your company provides. The IFTA Compliance Manual has guidelines to help you maintain accurate trip sheets. Records not meeting these guidelines can result in costly assessment fees.
